The Office of Academic Affairs is responsible for executing education ordinance and the University's policies, support teaching, recruitment and student learning related issues, covering student recruitment, registration, course selection, classroom arrangement, grade documentation, post-graduation and course of teaching services. The service range includes the various colleges, departments, the faulty and student body under the goal of enhancing education efficacy and learning accomplishment.

The Office of Academic Affairs is instituted with one academic dean overseeing the entire University's administration and policymaking with the aid of one assistant dean and staff. Under the Office lies the registration, the courses, teaching service and student recruitment units with a chief each for promoting the individual functions. The entire administration including the dean comprises of 20 staffs.

At present, the University has 6 graduate schools for doctorate seeking, 15 graduate schools for master-degree seeking for full-time students, 9 graduate schools for master master-degree seeking for part-time students, 16 full-time undergraduate programs and 6 two-year undergraduate programs for post-junior college students (including part-time undergraduate programs) with a total student body of 8,290.
